What is Telebhugtan.?
Telebhugan is a simple utility Bill payment system using any Telephone.

Why you should opt for Telebhugtan.?
Because this is the easiest way to pay your Bills. Just By sitting in your home or office using any Telephone you can pay your Electricity Bill or BSNL Telephone Bill. No need to go any where or stand in long que, or go to any ATM or other Automatic Machines. This facility is open 24 Hours, and can be simply used with your landline, any Coin Box phone or Mobile.

Who can use Telebhugtan.?
Any one who has a Bank account can sign up for Telebhugtan.

Is it necessary to have a Telephone at home / office to use Telebhugtan.?
It is not required to own a Telephone. You can use any Coin Booth or STD phone or any Mobile to pay your Bills. Using STD calls you can even pay your utility Bills from any where in the Country, if you are traveling or not at home.

Which Bills I can pay using Telebhugtan.?
Presently you can pay your Electricity Bills, BSNL Telephone Bills with this utility. But shortly as more utilities are added like School Fees, Corporation Taxes etc., you will be able to pay them all. In fact any organization who wishes to add their Bills payment through Telebhugtan, can be added. For example even Cinema Tickets can be paid?.

How can I register for this Telebhugtan utility?
Only one time you need to personally contact your nearest Telebhugtan Agent or the Telebhugtan office to fill up and sign the Forms and Declarations at :- Nidan Technologies Pvt. Ltd., 1832, Aadi Apartment, Wright Town, Jabalpur. Once the Registration process id done and you are given your login and TelePIN password, there is no need to come personally again.

Can I get more information on phone or talk to some one about Telebhugtan.?
Yes. you can always call our helpline number : 0761-4006200 for more information during office hours from 9 to 8 except Sundays.

How much money I shall have to pay during registration.?
We have 3 different plans with different validity periods (i) Rs.50/- with 6 months validity (ii) 75/- with 1 Year validity (iii) Rs.150/- with 3 years validity.

What are the charges for paying each Bill.?
There are a flat charges of Rs. 2/- only per transaction. For example if you pay your Electricity Bill or BSNL Bill through Telebhugtan only Rs. 2/- will be deducted towards using this utility for that Bill, which makes it the cheapest way to pay the Bills by sitting at home.

What documents I require for Signing up for Telebhugtan.?
Please contact our Telebhugtan Agents with following documents (1) Photocopy of cancelled cheque or Bank's Passbook. (2) Original copy of any old Utility Bill like Electricity Bill / BSNL Bill which you want to pay through Telebhugtan.

Where Can I get the Telebhutgan SIGN UP FROM.?
You can get the Telebhugtan Sign up Forms at our Telebhugtan Agents or Telebhugtan Technical office at Nidan Technologies Pvt. Ltd. 1832, Aadi Apartment, Wright Town Jabalpur - Tel.:0761-4006200.

What it the procedure after I fill up the FORM.?
Once you have received the FORM and filled it carefully, you need to submit the FORM at your Bank, for verification of your Account Number and Signature.

When will I get my FORM back from Bank.?
Bank is supposed to verify your FORM immediately and give you back the verified Telebhugtan Registration FORM. If the Bank has any problem in verifying the FORM immediately you can always talk to the Bank Manager and get it verified as soon as possible.

What should I do when I get the verified FORM back from the Bank.?
Now you need to submit the FORM which is duly verified from the Bank to the nearest Telebhugtan Agent or Telebhugtan office who has issued the form to you.

When I can start paying my Bills through Telebhugtan.?
Once you have submitted the verified FORM to the Telebhugtan Agent or Telebhugtan office, you will be called by them and a TELEBHUGTAN ID will be issued to you along-with a TELEPIN. Once you have received the ID and Telepin you can start paying your pending utility Bills for the month.

What is the Serutity of the System.?
The Telebhugtan ID which is issued to you is virtually locked with your own Electricity Service Connection Number or your Telephone Consumer Number. Hence using this system only your Bills can be paid. Even if some one finds out your Id and Telepin he can not make payment for any other Utility Bills which are not defined in your FORM.

How can I know that the Bill has been paid.?
Once you have paid the Bill through Telebhugtan please wait for 24 to 48 hours for the system to be updated. After the system is updated you can again call the Telebhugtan number and login with your ID and pin and it will tell you that the Bill is paid. alternatively you can always take a mini statement from your Banks ATM which should have the debit entry towards utility Bill payment. Internet users can check their Bank account online for amount debit details.

Who is behind the system.?
The Telebhugtan system is being run under the Telebhugtan Samiti which is Presided by the District Collector Shri Sanjay Dubey, IAS. The other Members of the Telebhugtan Samiti are MP Poorva Kshetra Vidyut Vitarn Co. Ltd or State Electricity Board's Distribution Co., and BSNL. The Technical Member of the committee are Nidan Technologies Pvt. Ltd Jabalpur.

How can I be sure that the System is working?
The Telebhugtan System is working here for the last one and a half year with zero error in processing.
